Iain has over ten years of litigation experience in a wide variety of fields. He now practices vaccine injury law, but over his career he has passionately advocated for clients in matters of contract law, construction law, insurance law, business practices, personal injury, landlord/tenant law, and real estate. He hopes to extend his experience and skills into additional areas, in order to better serve his clients.
Before joining the firm, Iain worked for several firms in New York, at which he zealously represented both plaintiffs and defendants in matters of construction law and insurance. There, he accrued extensive litigation experience, appearing nearly daily in courts across the metropolitan area, and handling all aspects of the litigation process.
Iain graduated from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign in 2013. He is a member of the bars of the District of Columbia and the State of New York, as well as the U.S. Court of Federal Claims, and the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York.
